Medical Receptionist

We're looking for a Medical Receptionist who's ready to bring energy and excellent organizational skills to our team! Full or part-time available Are you someone who loves being the friendly face that greets patients? Our small, tight-knit team is searching for a Medical Receptionist who can help us keep things running smoothly while making our patients feel welcome and cared for. You'll be splitting your time between our Honolulu location (Monday through Wednesday) and Waianae (Thursdays), and here's the best part ? you'll have every Friday through Sunday off!

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls Handle faxes and ensure all communications are processed efficiently Schedule patient appointments and manage our calendar like a pro Scan and organize documents to keep our office paperwork in tip-top shape Obtain pre-authorizations from insurance companies to ensure our patients receive the care they need Work collaboratively with our small team to create a positive and supportive office environment Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Requirements:

Strong computer skills and comfort with medical office software Exceptional organizational abilities Outstanding time management skills to keep multiple tasks on track Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player Reliable transportation to travel between our Honolulu and Waianae locations Comfortable working in a small team environment where everyone wears multiple hats

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Current CPR/BLS certification required
