Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to quality patient care while utilizing your strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities Check in appointments and assist with patient intake Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility checks Patient scheduling Manage phone lines Assist with medical billing and payments Clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document review Qualifications Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle phones, text messages, e-mail and communicate professionally with diverse patient populations Proficiency in Word, Excel, iPad use, Google Workspace, along with strong typing skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and medical records management
