In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between patients and medical staff. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service while managing check-in and check-out procedures Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Collect and process payments, including medical billing and collections, ensuring accuracy in documentation review Manage electronic health records (EHR) maintaining accurate and confidential medical records Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette; direct calls appropriately and handle patient inquiries efficiently Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry (including 10 key typing), and maintaining organized medical records Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate patient intake, care plans, and follow-up appointments Qualifications Preferred experience in a medical office setting or healthcare environment with strong clinic experience. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person. Strong computer skills.
