Dental Front Desk / Receptionist - Waterloo, IA/Cedar Falls, IA Endodontic Associates of Iowa is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, Iowa . We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized professional who enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience while supporting our clinical team. Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments and managing the doctor's schedule Answering multiple phone lines Insurance verification and dental billing Processing patient payments and accounts receivable Maintaining accurate electronic dental records (EMR) Providing excellent customer service to patients and referring offices Qualifications Previous dental front desk experience required Experience with dental practice management software/EMR Knowledge of dental insurance and billing Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset At Endodontic Associates of Iowa , we take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a professional, compassionate environment.
