Job Description

We offer an exciting opportunity to join a family practice clinic located in Post Falls, Idaho! This is a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and excellent communication skills. Experience with eClinical Works is a plus! We aim to be North Idaho's premier family practice clinic and welcome candidates who want to be part of that mission. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, verify demographics and insurance, and manage appointment scheduling using EMR/EHR and patient management software. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to health regulation policies; handle medical terminology accurately in documentation. Provide excellent customer service, answer phones, route inquiries, and coordinate with clinical staff to optimize daily workflow. Process registrations, collect payments/co-pays, and manage insurance verification and coding as applicable. Assist with medical office tasks, maintain organized records, and ensure office operations run smoothly. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and patient management software; strong EMR/EHR experience Knowledge of health regulation policies and medical terminology; ability to maintain patient confidentiality Experience in medical administrative support and office operations; excellent customer service Familiarity with health insurance processes; medical office experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills; capability to manage front-desk duties and patient flow
