Summary We are seeking fora mature Dental Receptionist to join our team at Kids Dental. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk, managing patient interactions, and supporting our administrative processes. The ideal candidate will help build the practice by providing exceptional customer service, set production goals and help achieve it. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently using Dentrix Ascend software. Handle medical billing and insurance verification processes accurately. Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services. Maintain organized front desk operations, including managing patient flow and paperwork. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care. Requirements Previous experience in a dental field is a must. Proficient in using Dentrix Ascend dental software systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical billing procedures is a plus. Motivated individual with leadership quality.
