We currently are seeking experienced applicants that are reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, organized, and have great communication and customer service skills. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Hours will be on Monday (3pm-8pm), Tuesday (3pm-8pm), and Thursday (8am-6pm) and a possible Saturday (8AM-3PM).
Responsibilities:
Collecting payments Organize and maintain new/existing patients records Verify insurance coverage, process insurance forms, collect and post payments, and enter into computer system (Eagle Soft) Greet and dismiss patients in a courteous manner Maintain an orderly and tidy patient reception area Answer multi-line phone system Assist patients with scheduling and rescheduling dental appointments Confirm dental appointments by calling patients Manage correspondence via email, fax, and mail Competitive pay and benefits based on experience and hours worked.
