Pediatric Dental Reception Coordinator We're looking for a friendly, upbeat, and organized Pediatric Dental Reception Coordinator to join our pediatric dental team. If you enjoy working with children and families, have a positive attitude, and love creating a welcoming experience for every patient, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Welcome children and families with a warm and professional attitude Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Answer phones and assist families with questions Handle check-in and check-out procedures Assist with payments, insurance, and patient accounts Maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience Help create a fun, positive, and comfortable environment for our young patients We're Looking For Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Enjoys working with children and families Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Previous dental or medical front desk experience is a plus Join Our Team We are looking for someone who will bring positivity, professionalism, and enthusiasm to our front desk every day.
