In this role, you will manage front desk operations, facilitate a seamless patient check-in experience, and support our clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily clinic flow. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival, maintaining a welcoming and orderly reception area. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle patient inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate physician follow-ups. Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and collect co-pays, balances, or aesthetic fees securely at the time of service. Manage electronic medical record (EMR) scheduling queues, check-in statuses, and intake documentation. Coordinate patient referrals, manage incoming faxes, and assist with general administrative duties as needed by clinic management. Qualifications & Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience working as a receptionist or front desk coordinator in a medical office, dermatology practice, or clinical setting. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and modern office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service orientation. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and professional confidentiality.
