Job Description
Join the team a Chicago Cardiology Institute (CCI). We are a premier cardiology and vascular group with offices in Schaumburg, Oak-Park and Chicago. Our well- respected cardiologists provide academic level care to the patients assisted by an incredible array of diagnostic and imaging equipment including a CT scanner, PET scanner, Sleep lab and outpatient Vascular Center. Successful candidate will be able to perform Medical Reception and Call Center phone duties. Candidate should be reliable, detail oriented, and have the ability to accurately handle work with compassion, patience, and a positive attitude. Job duties include but are not limited to: Greeting patients, checking in/ out in the clinic as necessary. Data entry, patient recall and general clerical duties. Answers phones in a professional manner Direct calls appropriately, listen and be attentive to patient needs
