Job Description

Medical Receptionist - Healthcare Clinic Invictus Health and Recovery is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Receptionist to support our front desk operations. This person will often be the first point of contact for our patients and training clients, so we're looking for someone who communicates professionally, stays composed in a busy environment, and makes people feel welcome.
Responsibilities include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments Checking in clients for adult and athlete training classes Collecting payments and providing receipts Keeping the front desk and reception area organized Communicating schedule changes and patient needs to providers and coaches Completing other general administrative duties as needed The ideal candidate: Is friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with patients Is dependable and arrives on time Has strong organizational and multitasking skills Communicates clearly by phone, text, and email Is comfortable using scheduling and payment software Pays attention to details and handles financial information responsibly Can maintain patient confidentiality Works well independently and as part of a team Has previous receptionist, customer-service, or healthcare-office experience preferred, but not required
