We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls Greet, register, and discharge patients Schedule and confirm appointments Communicate with physicians and clinical staff Scan and upload patient documents into the EMR system Collect and post co-pays and other payments Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries Print statements and post superbills Manage patient records accurately and confidentially Handle incoming faxes, emails, and patient portal messages

Required Availability:

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as two Saturdays per month, is required.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience.
