Job Overview We are a small but rapidly growing medical office team looking for someone to join us who is dedicated and organized. We need a Front Desk Receptionist to help make the day run more efficient. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, computer literacy, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for patients. This position will require an extreme level of organization and multitasking skills. Duties Greet and assist patients. Manage incoming calls, take referral information, create appointments Check insurance information (copays, deductibles) Collect payments Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is preferred but not required. Must be punctual and dependable Organization and attention to detail Great typing skills Scheduling appointments both in person and over the phone Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
