Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Office Receptionist and Scheduler, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This position offers front-office responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks in a fast-paced dental office. Front Desk Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries. Verify and explain dental insurance benefits to patients, ensuring transparency in coverage. Assist with patient check-in and check-out, including collecting payments and updating records. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, financial options and follow-up appointments. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix Ascend ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
