Healthcare Front Desk Receptionist We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate/s will provide excellent customer service while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly. We are searching for one full time employee OR two part time employees.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently Maintain patient records and update demographic information Assist with referrals, authorizations, and general office tasks Communicate clearly with patients and providers

Qualifications:

Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers and scheduling systems Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude If you are passionate about helping patients and thrive in a healthcare setting, we would love to hear from you!
