The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role involves handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, medical record management, and supporting clinical staff to ensure smooth office operations. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks is highly preferred. A strong understanding of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical billing processes is essential to succeed in this position.
