We are looking for a hybrid Front Desk Coordinator & Social Media Specialist to be the face and the digital voice of LIVbetter. In this dynamic role, you will curate a warm, high-end experience for our patients in the clinic while building our brand presence online.

Social Media & Brand Amplification Content Creation:
Film, edit, and schedule aesthetic, engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) highlighting our modern space, wellness therapies, and behind-the-scenes clinic life.
Community Management:
Keep our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn active and engaging; respond to comments and DMs with a polished, friendly voice.
Design & Marketing:
Use Canva to design eye-catching digital graphics, local promotion flyers, and clinic announcements.
Local SEO:
Keep our Google Business Profile looking sharp with fresh photos, accurate updates, and patient review management.
Patient Experience & Front Desk Concierge The Warm Welcome:
Greet patients and visitors, making them feel instantly comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Clinic Traffic Control:
Manage phone calls, text messages, and emails with professionalism and ease.
Smooth Scheduling:
Coordinate appointments, assist with seamless patient intake/registration, and process payments.
Privacy & Professionalism:
Maintain a pristine, upscale reception area and handle patient information with the utmost discretion (HIPAA compliance).
Administrative & Growth Support Team Assist:
Keep the clinic running smoothly by assisting with light inventory tracking, scanning, filing, and preparing referral packets.
Event Hype:
Support community events, open houses, and exciting local marketing campaigns as LIVbetter grows!
Shift & Hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Full clinic days)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Short mid-day shifts)
Monday:
Closed / Day Off Who You Are (Preferred Qualifications)
The Ultimate Host:
You have a professional appearance, a warm personality, and a natural gift for customer service (backgrounds in hospitality, boutique retail, healthcare, or high-end reception are a major plus!).
A Content Creator:
You are fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and Canva. You know what makes a reel scroll-stopping and how to write a polished, engaging caption.
The Organized Multi-Tasker:
You can easily pivot from editing a video draft to welcoming a patient without missing a beat.
Proactive & Adaptable:
You don't wait around for a to-do list—you see an opportunity to improve the clinic or create content and you take ownership of it.
Tech-Savvy:
