Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly professional to join our fast-paced medical practice. In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, managing multi-line phones, navigating our practice software, and ensuring our billing processes are highly accurate so our clinic runs smoothly and patient accounts are handled with care. Beyond administrative support, you will play a vital role in our clinical flow by rooming patients and assisting our providers with preparing and drawing up medications. Because patient safety and exceptional care standards are our highest priorities, we require candidates to hold the appropriate clinical background or medical assistant certification to perform these hands-on duties.
