Receptionist/Insurance Claims -
Dental Office Location:
Dodge City 4 days a week Monday-Thursday. Are you passionate about customer service and looking to work with a supportive, dynamic team? We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist/ Office Manager to join our dental office. This is a full-time position, working 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
  • Experience preferred.
  • Multitasker to work in high paced environments.
  • Knowledgeable with computers.
  • Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Familiar with insurance benefits.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries and taking payments.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
  • Must Be Bilingual
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be reliable, punctual.
