Job Description

Dental Receptionist:
M•Th = 8 AM•5 PM•
Fridays:
8 AM to 12 PM Esthetic Enhancement is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team! If you love helping people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and assist with patient paperwork Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate the daily schedule with the clinical team Provide outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the final goodbye Perform general front office and administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills Positive attitude with a friendly, team-oriented personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers and dental software (experience preferred) Previous dental front office experience is a plus, but we will consider candidates with a strong customer service background who are eager to learn Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why Join Esthetic Enhancement?
