Prior employment in physician office helpful. Must know way around Microsoft Word, Excel etc. Must be comfortable around technology. Dependable, friendly attitude, ability to work with general public, physicians, and other staff. Ability to multi-task and prioritize busy schedule.
Essential functions:
scheduling, answering phones, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays and patient payments. Working with microsoft office applications. Medical terminology and prior experience with eClinical Works helpful.
