Reception/Scheduling Float

Receptionist/Scheduling/Switchboard Float staff: Hours are either Monday-Friday 8-5, or Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30 and Friday 8-5, depending on the job and the location. Looking for a reliable person with medical office experience to cover reception staff for vacations or illness at 3 locations as needed. Duties vary, including checking in patients, scheduling appointments, computer data entry, switchboard. Computerized scheduling, EHR, and knowledge of health insurance is preferred. Would potentially learn to cover other areas such as insurance, billing, medical records. Good communication and multi-tasking skills required. Must be flexible to working at different locations with some variation of working hours.
