Ward Clerk

Are you organized, friendly, and ready to make a meaningful difference in a healthcare setting? We are seeking a dedicated Ward Clerk to join our team! This role is essential in supporting our nursing staff, ensuring smooth communication, and helping our residents receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clerical support to the nursing department. Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist residents and families. Maintain medical records in accordance with facility policies. Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge paperwork. Keep charts updated and organized. Communicate effectively with nurses, providers, and other staff. Perform data entry, scheduling, and general office duties. Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Valid Driver's License Prior experience in a healthcare or office setting preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer proficiency (EMR experience a plus). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Apply
