This is a great long-term opportunity with a continuously growing practice. Job Responsibilities Welcoming patients as they arrive. You often serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, so a friendly welcoming demeanor is essential for creating a positive impression. Answering calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Address patients questions and concerns while providing excellent customer service. Explain financial obligations to the patients or responsible parties and collect co-pays and balances as required. Verify patients' insurance eligibility Maintain up to date information in patient accounts Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills Customer Service Friendly, open and supportive demeanor Ability to accurately understand complicated patient concerns, and respond with clarity and empathy.
