In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate appointment scheduling, and seamless administrative support. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining precise medical documentation and supporting clinical operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify their insurance coverage, and update personal information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems ECW Schedule appointments accurately using medical scheduling software, coordinate with clinical staff, and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain organized medical records by filing documents, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for health information management. Assist with intake procedures, including gathering patient history and updating medical records. Support clinical staff by preparing care plans documentation review and facilitating communication between patients and providers.
