Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Perform insurance verification and ensure all necessary documentation is collected. Handle phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Maintain patient records accurately using computerized systems. Provide excellent patient service by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with dental staff to streamline operations and improve patient flow. Skills Excellent phone etiquette with strong communication skills. Ability to operate computerized systems efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
