EXPERIENCED
front desk administrator, looking to join a fun and close-knit team, focused on emphasizing team outcomes over individual tasks. You will be at the heart of our patient care experience, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Qualifications Previous
DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
(minimum of 2 years). Exceptional communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to Multi-task. Superior Customer Service skills. Impressive Organizational skills. Responsibilities Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Checking in patients. Clear communication with patients via phone, email, and texts. while setting realistic and accurate expectations. Managing clinician schedules with a focus on productivity and efficiency. Verifying and documenting accurate insurance benefit information. Your dedication to efficiency and customer satisfaction will be pivotal in upholding our commitment to high-quality dental care. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is critical.
