You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Help us deliver top-quality dental care with efficiency and professionalism. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued from their first call to their final appointment Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage all front desk activities with enthusiasm and professionalism Schedule appointments using clinical software. Verify patient insurance coverage, process payments, and handle medical collections accurately Maintain and update patient records in electronic health records (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA confidentiality policies Review documentation for accuracy Answer phone calls promptly providing clear information and scheduling assistance Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and support medical office management duties Experience Excellent customer service skills combined with professional in-person/phone communication and office experience Proven clinic experience in a dental or medical front office setting with a strong understanding of dental terminology and health information management is a bonus Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, Google drive suite of programs Experience with CPT coding, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and documentation review for billing accuracy Benefits PTO, paid holidays Dental treatment for you and your spouse (lab fees for major restorations) Product discounts Paid CPR certification
