Medical Receptionist Wanted Love helping people, staying organized, and being the friendly face everyone remembers? We\'re looking for a wonderful and welcoming Medical Receptionist to join our busy dermatology office! This is a full-time (34 hours), Monday•Thursday position•hello, long weekends!
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Be the first smile patients see•greet, check in, and make them feel at ease Schedule appointments and keep our day running smoothly Answer calls and assist with patients\' questions Handle important paperwork (faxing & filing) Coordinate surgical consultations
We\'re Looking For Someone Who:
Has top-notch customer service and communication skills Is dependable and brings a positive attitude Feels comfortable with computers
