Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
  • Maintain patient records and update information as needed
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of dental/ medical terminology and procedures are a plus
