Job Description

True North Dentistry of Bel Air is a modern, patient-centered dental practice dedicated to providing outstanding, compassionate care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and has strong computer skills. Some dental or medical office experience is preferred, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate! A great attitude and work ethic, team mentality, and willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients upon arrival Answer phone calls and check and return voicemails throughout the day Confirm and schedule patient appointments Assist patients with paperwork and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date in the practice management software Sort and process incoming mail Check out patients and collect payments Assist other front desk team members to prepare for the next day/week Monitor general office cleanliness (in non-clinical areas) through the day Provide general support and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Dental/medical experience preferred, but not required Previous experience in customer service preferred (retail, hospitality, restaurant, etc.) Strong computer literacy and ability to learn practice management software Excellent communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
