Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate follow-up care using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Maintain detailed and organized medical documentation, including medical records, ICD coding, and procedural notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Manage incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries professionally, and facilitate communication between patients and providers. Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and patient safety. Requirements Proven experience in a medical office setting with knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and management of electronic health records (EHR). Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to provide compassionate care and clear instructions. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of ICD coding, medical records management, and inpatient/outpatient procedures enhances your ability to support diverse clinical needs.
