Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
- Ensure a seamless patient experience from scheduling to follow-up, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Administrative Oversight:
- Manage daily operations including billing, insurance claims, and maintaining patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation strategies.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Maintain compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and infection control protocols to uphold safety and legal standards.
Technology Integration:
- Implement and optimize dental practice management software and other technologies to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Marketing and Patient Relations:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new patients and maintain relationships with existing ones through effective communication and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar role within a dental practice, preferably in oral surgery or periodontal specialty.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance processes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software Open Dental and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
