Job Description Job Description Job Summary We need a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will handle daily front office tasks and manage patient records using NextGen software. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude. Check patients in and out for their appointments. Answer phones and schedule patient visits. Verify patient insurance details and collect co-pays. Enter and update patient data accurately using NextGen software. Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, emails, and mail. Keep the waiting area clean and safe. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office. Hands-on experience with NextGen EHR/EMR software. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of medical terms and insurance. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
