The Front Office Receptionist should have a great personality, be efficient, organized and punctual, be familiar with a variety of health insurance providers, and be highly proficient with managing patient referrals and scheduling. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our day to day office operations run smoothly. What you'll be doing; Daily oversight of front office activity, including
  • Scheduling, managing patient flow, answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages.
Scheduling patient appointments Data entry of patient information Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients Maintain a neat, clean and organized front office area Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed. What you'll need
  • Must be able available Monday
  • Friday Noon
  • 8 PM, each week. Be a great multi-tasker, organizer and team member. A minimum of 1
  • 2 years of consistent medical front office experience is required.
Training will also be provided, just bring motivation and enthusiasm, with a willingness to learn. Be able to give your guests and patients a friendly and comfortable first impression that will last throughout their recovery and continued visits.
