Job Description
Pacific Rehab and Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our growing healthcare team in the Randallstown, MD . Your primary job duties will include scheduling patient appointments, managing patient records, ensuring smooth office operations throughout the day, and assisting providers as needed. You will also help keep our work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and other visitors when they arrive; answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary
- Schedule new and existing patients for consultations, evaluations, and treatments; maintain detailed patient scheduling notes in the electronic medical record
- Answer phone calls and respond to requests from patients, attorneys, and other staff
- Confirming insurance coverage and authorization as applicable
- Distribute forms and paperwork to patients and check them over to ensure that required fields are completed properly
- Prepare patient charts & keep them organized
- Keep office environment clean and organized
- Request medical records from other healthcare providers (hospitals/urgent care centers)
- Input new patient demographic information and charges and scan paperwork into online document management system Benefits and schedule: $22 Per Hour Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Health Benefits Schedule

PM Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role.
- 2+ years of experience with scheduling patients is a plus
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Windows 10, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat/PDF)
- Personal vehicle is needed for on time transportation to and from the clinic location.
