In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative and clinical support tasks. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help streamline daily operations, facilitate patient flow, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify appointments, and assist with check-in procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently. Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility checks, Review documentation for accuracy, update medical records, and ensure compliance with clinical confidentiality policies. Assist with appointment scheduling, patient intake procedures, and follow-up communications to optimize clinic workflow. Proven experience in orthodontic office administration with familiarity in clinic operations and front desk responsibilities is considered but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining clinical confidentiality at all times. Strong organizational skills with experience in office management tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation review.
