Job Description

We are looking for a full time dental front desk receptionist. Candidates must speak Spanish and English. We offer a great working environment and have a wonderful team. Candidates with previous experience with dental billing and insurances are preferred but we can train on the job. We offer paid time off and medical/dental benefits. If interested please email your resume Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using EHR systems like Dentrix and Eaglesoft. Handle patient inquiries and provide information on services while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Process medical collections and insurance claims efficiently. Maintain the front desk area and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient service.
