Dental Receptionist Confidential Caledonia, MI 49316 From $18 an hour - Part-time From $18 an hour - Part-time We're Looking for a Dental Front Desk Rockstar! Are you THE friendly face who can brighten anyone's day? Do you love organizing schedules, chatting with patients, and spreading the word about an awesome orthodontic practice? Then we want YOU to join our team!
What You'll Do:
Be the
First Smile :
Greet patients with a warm welcome that makes them feel right at home.
Master of Scheduling :
Keep our calendar running smoothly and make sure our patients get in when they need to.
Dental Care Coordinator :
Connect with other dentists and staff to ensure top-notch patient care. Financial guru : Assist in insurance and billing questions as needed. Update payment forms.
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and friendly personality (you'll be the first face people see!). Exceptional organization skills—multitasking is your middle name. Strong communication skills—whether it's in person, on the phone, or via email. A passion for helping people and a love for all things dental!
