We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Pediatric Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner Answer phone calls, schedule appointments Handle insurance verification sending insurance claims Process payments from patients and insurance companies Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental office preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient in computer systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required
