Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy general dental practice. Our office is fast-paced, accepts most dental insurance plans, and serves a diverse patient population. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care while creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Position Full-Time Schedule Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM No weekends Pay Pay based on experience with room to grow. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression Answer incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Check patients in and out Collect patient payments Handle billing and collections Present treatment plans and financial options Submit insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and benefits Maintain accurate patient records Keep the front office organized and running efficiently Work closely with the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Dental office experience needed for this position Dentrix Ascend and/or Dentrix software knowledge preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Four-day work week No weekends Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients and insurance plans Busy, established practice with opportunities to learn and grow If you enjoy working in a fast-paced dental office and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
