Job Description
Key Responsibilities Greet patients and answer incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism Schedule, confirm, and update appointments with accurate data entry Verify insurance information and assist patients with general billing inquiries Manage patient check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with privacy standards Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all documentation is complete Coordinate with therapists to manage schedules and support patient needs Monitor and restock office supplies; ensure office equipment is functioning properly Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, and organizing Provide additional support as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly Qualifications Experience in a PT office or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable using scheduling systems and basic computer applications Professional, dependable, and committed to patient‑centered service
