Medical Receptionist

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Medical Receptionist! As a Medical Receptionist, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, are capable of working independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive attitude.

Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet patient(s) immediately upon their arrival. Effectively manages patient schedule. Coordinate check-in and check-out of patients. Organize required intake paperwork. Scan patient documents. Collect patient co-pays. Prep/maintain patient charts.

Skills/Qualifications:
