Job Description

Daia Orthodontics is Looking for a Receptionist. We are looking for a friendly, organized individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable working with technology and digital systems. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, creating positive patient experiences, and communicating effectively both over the phone and in person. This position plays an important role in helping patients and families feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with our office. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Friendly, compassionate, and service-oriented attitude Ability to make patients feel welcomed, heard, and cared for Comfortable interacting with children, teens, and adults Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Ability to learn and utilize practice management software and other digital tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate schedules and maintain accurate records Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients and families Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain patient records and documentation Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team Support daily office operations and patient communications Help create a positive and memorable experience for every patient from their very first interaction with our office Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, inspires confidence, and contributes to making every patient feel valued and cared for.
