Job DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Rochester Hills, United States. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for everyone who enters our facility.

Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer serviceManage patient scheduling and coordinate care from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswer phone calls promptly and professionallyPerform data entry and maintain accurate electronic medical recordsVerify and update patients' personal and financial informationCollect, post, and deposit patient paymentsManage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes and emailsMaintain a clean and organized reception areaAssist with various administrative tasks as neededCollaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operationsUphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in a medical front office settingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and ExcelExperience with medical software and electronic health records systems (preferred)Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulationsExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workFlexible availability to accommodate various shift schedulesTeam player with a positive attitudeProfessional appearance and demeanor
