- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.

- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay:
