Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify patient information and insurance Update patient records and documentation Assist with front desk and office tasks Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and dependable Comfortable using computers Medical office experience is a plus, but not required
