Job Description

Keep MI Smile is looking to add an upbeat and positive Dental Patient Care Specialist to our front office. Hours are Monday through Friday with evenings, weekends and holidays off.
Daily tasks consist of:
Greeting patients and checking them in and out Answering phone calls and returning messages Making calls to fill openings in schedule Scan documents into patient account Scheduling appointments Setting up new accounts Assisting with Insurance benefits and billing Taking payments and posting accurately to accounts Multi tasking with a smile! Dental experience and knowledge of Dentrix or Curve software would be a huge Plus!
