We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Verify insurance coverage and process patient information. Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records. Manage patient files and ensure confidentiality of records. Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist with administrative tasks and office organization.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
