Medical Receptionist

We are a busy, multi provider ENT practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high quality care. We are looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join our front office team in our Waterford office. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your primary role is to provide exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations such as scheduling, check-ins, and insurance verifications.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect and verify insurance and patient information Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures Maintain and organize medical records and documentation Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records system (Athena) Otolaryngology or Audiology experience is a bonus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Arabic, Spanish) preferred by not required
